About the role
The International Sales Manager for Africa will lead the promotion and sale of Far East Smart Energy’s smart cable, battery and airport solutions across the continent. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on generating profit, managing shipments and receivables, and expanding the customer base in line with KPI targets. The position requires frequent travel across the region and close collaboration with local partners to secure project opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive international sales of the company’s products throughout African markets.
- Gather and relay market intelligence on customers, projects and partners.
- Achieve targets for net profit, shipments, receipts and receivables.
- Develop new customers and nurture existing relationships.
- Negotiate and support business expansion and cooperation agreements according to KPI performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum two years of overseas sales experience.
- Strong English interpretation and translation abilities.
- Knowledge of overseas laws, customs regulations and related business practices.
- Ability to work under high pressure and willingness to be stationed abroad for extended periods.
