Marina Attendant & Fish Cleaner

About the role

The Marina Attendant & Fish Cleaner will provide professional fish‑cleaning services to marina patrons while ensuring the marina environment remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained. This full‑time position supports a US Navy program and requires strong attention to detail and customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet marina guests, answer questions and provide information about services.
• Maintain a tidy, sanitary workspace and ensure compliance with health‑ and safety standards.
• Monitor marina and water activities to enforce safety protocols.
• Perform fish‑cleaning tasks on a first‑come, first‑served basis, including scaling, gutting, filleting and packaging.
• Dispose of fish waste properly and keep equipment organized and functional.
• Assist patrons with inquiries and explain the cleaning process.
• Carry out routine maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in fish cleaning, handling, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills.
