About the role
As a Bakery Clerk at L’Arte Della Pasticceria, you will assist customers with their purchases, handle the POS system, and help keep the bakery display attractive and well‑stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer product questions and take bakery orders.
- Box, bag and label baked goods, ensuring items are fresh and in good condition.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including polishing display cases.
- Monitor and replenish display cases in collaboration with back‑of‑house staff.
- Verify food‑allergy information and prevent unsafe sales.
- Answer phone calls and handle POS transactions accurately.
