Online Sales Agent – Commission Based IT Products

About the role

Pcmall Uganda is looking for motivated Online Sales Agents to promote and sell its IT products and solutions through personal networks and digital platforms. You will work remotely, using tools like WhatsApp and social media to generate leads and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers via personal contacts and online channels.
• Promote Pcmall IT products, providing accurate technical information.
• Manage the sales funnel, moving prospects from inquiry to purchase.
• Hand over complex or high‑value deals to the internal sales team for final closing.
• Generate independent sales leads to meet commission targets.

Required profile

• High level of persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency with social media/messaging platforms.
• Excellent communication ability to explain IT products clearly.
• Creative, autonomous, and self‑motivated.
