About the role
Join Glovo’s Q‑Commerce team in Kampala as a Catalog Operations Intern. You will support the category management team by maintaining product data, improving category structures, and helping to scale operations across Uganda.
Key responsibilities
- Populate and update product information in Excel/CSV files.
- Collect, organize, and upload images, specifications, and descriptions into internal systems.
- Enhance and maintain the category trees for groceries and retail stores.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and scalability.
Required profile
- Highly structured thinker who can break down complex problems and design effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and delivering results.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with solid organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Experience using Google Workspace tools.
- Strong Excel skills for handling large datasets.
