Outlet Manager

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas, ensuring high standards of service, sanitation and guest satisfaction. This full‑time position reports directly to senior hospitality leadership and plays a key role in financial performance and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across all outlets, ensuring compliance with local health and liquor regulations.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory control and cost‑control initiatives.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service demands while achieving financial targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Handle peak‑period floor support, working alongside servers and hosts to ensure smooth service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team and drive operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation and liquor laws.
