PowerPoint Specialist (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote PowerPoint Specialist to design and execute complex business tasks using Microsoft Office tools. The role involves close collaboration with an advanced language model (LLM) to create, edit, and evaluate high‑quality presentation files that simulate Fortune 500 scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi‑hour business tasks in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, reflecting Fortune 500 environments.
• Collaborate with an LLM to discuss, edit, and generate Office Open XML (.pptx) files.
• Assess two LLM‑generated deliverables per task turn and select the most accurate result.
• Create prompts and tasks that normally require extensive business acumen.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world documents.
• Provide expertise across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing for various industries and functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years recent experience on complex projects for Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to craft realistic business scenarios and executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
