UX/UI Designer

About the role

Our client Pinnacle Partners is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented UI/UX Designer to transform their software into engaging, intuitive, user‑centric products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft experiences that align with the company’s vision and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Create responsive, visually appealing designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine the UX.
• Present design concepts to internal teams and ensure consistency with branding, design standards, and accessibility guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in an agile environment.
• Analytical mindset with a user‑first approach.
