Preschool Teacher – Early Childhood Education

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join its classroom team. You will work under the guidance of the School Director and Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing environment that supports the physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children, including those with individualized education plans.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel respected and cared for.
• Greet children and families daily, building welcoming professional relationships.
• Support the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Implement and follow IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed.
• Document and report accidents, incidents, and behavioral observations according to policy.
• Communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence‑approved tools.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
• Ability to support diverse developmental, cultural, and behavioral needs.
• Commitment to safety, licensing compliance, and professional conduct.
