Production Data Clerk / Production Statistician

About the role

The Production Data Clerk / Production Statistician will be responsible for collecting, verifying and recording daily production information at HIPOLY POLYTECH MANUFACTURING. The role supports inventory control, material consumption analysis, production planning and cost calculation by ensuring that all data entered into the ERP system is accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather daily production figures from machines and production departments.
• Record raw material issues, consumption, finished quantities, rejects, scrap and losses for each order.
• Cross‑check actual output against production orders and targets.
• Validate completeness and accuracy of records before data entry.
• Enter verified data promptly into the company’s ERP/computer system.
• Monitor order progress, flag incomplete orders and report any anomalies to the Production Manager.
• Compare material consumption with output to identify abnormal variances.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Maintain confidential filing of all production records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, Industrial Management, Mathematics or related field.
• At least 12 months of experience handling factory production data, inventory or related records.
• Strong numerical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work responsibly in a factory environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or other computerized data‑entry systems.
