Key responsibilities
- Build full project plans and accompanying communication documents.
- Define scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
- Estimate the people and resources each project needs.
- Draft budget proposals and recommend changes when needed.
- Keep teams and stakeholders informed clearly and on time.
- Track milestones and deliverables, reporting regularly to management.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of direct project management experience.
- Field marketing, events or brand activation experience is highly desirable.
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- Strong planning, organisation and leadership skills.
- Clear communication and good people skills.
- Confidence with project management tools, budgets and cost control.
