Projects Coordinator – Manufacturing & Fabrication

About the role
The Projects Coordinator will support the Managing Director and ensure smooth execution of fabrication projects. You will act as the central point of contact between clients, suppliers and internal teams, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Track project timelines, update schedules and liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
- Provide executive assistance to the Managing Director, including diary management, correspondence and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, quotations and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and financial transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or executive support, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, construction or fabrication.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
