QA Auditor / Inspector

About the role

The QA Auditor / Inspector ensures that all project activities comply with the Contractor’s Quality Management System (QMS) and contractual specifications. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high quality standards, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce the Contractor’s QMS across the project to meet contract and industry standards.
• Conduct daily quality audits, inspections, and reviews of work performed.
• Document work activities during regular government hours to verify compliance.
• Perform inspections of completed and ongoing work, confirming adherence to specifications and technical requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and findings; prepare reports for the Quality Manager.
• Collaborate with personnel to identify non‑conformities, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Participate in training initiatives to stay current with best practices and QMS standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or QA certifications are a plus.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience enforcing QMS in similar project environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge equal to or exceeding that of personnel being inspected.
• Strong organizational abilities for accurate record‑keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet contract medical requirements for the deployment period.
