Quantity Surveyor – Construction Projects

About the role

EURO FMCG LIMITED is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its construction team. The role involves providing professional quantity surveying and commercial management services across a range of development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates and project budgets.
• Take off quantities from architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings.
• Develop tender documents, schedules of rates and pricing packages.
• Review and analyse contractor quotations and tender submissions.
• Participate in tender evaluation, contractor selection and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare interim valuations, assess payment applications and verify site measurements.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and produce regular cost reports.
• Manage variations, claims, extensions of time and final accounts.
• Conduct cost planning, cost control and value‑engineering throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline.
• 5–10 years of proven practical experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial terms.
