About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Kampala is focused on driving new business for an insurance agency. The Sales Agent will identify prospects, present advertising and insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships to secure sales.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through market research and outreach.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations of insurance products.
- Manage client communications, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting acquisition targets.
- Provide product and service training to clients and internal team members as needed.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and retention.
- Experience in the insurance sector or related fields is an advantage.
- Experience delivering training sessions to clients or teams.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with a collaborative team approach.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
