About the role
This full-time on‑site position is for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Kampala. The role involves handling daily sales activities, engaging with both potential and existing customers, and developing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Engage with customers, provide excellent service, and conduct client training sessions.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value‑driven solutions.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities with a proven track record in sales and marketing.
- Experience in training clients or teams, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and goal‑driven.
- Organizational and time‑management skills; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
