Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Real Estate Database (RED) is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join its Kampala office. You will be responsible for enrolling real‑estate companies and advertisers onto the RED platform, driving visibility and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit real‑estate businesses across Kampala, Wakiso and surrounding areas to join RED.
• Attend regular marketing and sales team meetings, including training sessions.
• Analyse client requirements and match them with appropriate RED offers.
• Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and adopt best practices.

Required profile

• Good health and sound mind, able to meet agreed monthly sales targets.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Communication, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
• Sales management, leadership or marketing certifications are a plus.
• Experience in commission‑based sales, cold calling and telemarketing.
• Prior experience selling website or internet‑related services is advantageous.
