About the role
The Sales Team Leader will drive retail sales, build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and offer suitable products and services that increase sales and loyalty. This position also leads a team of sales advisors to achieve performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential customers via referrals and recommendations.
- Enter relevant information into the CRM for retention and business development, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating follow‑up.
- Sell standard products and services.
- Supervise a team of sales advisors.
- Respond to escalations and provide approvals as required, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Record and process custom customer orders, coordinating with internal teams to meet specifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role, with a proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
