Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to design, evaluate, and document AI‑powered workflows that deliver measurable productivity gains across large organizations. This remote contract position will focus on building scalable, cross‑platform solutions that integrate with existing knowledge‑management and business‑process tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document enterprise‑grade AI workflows that improve productivity.
• Develop and optimize workflow automation using leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, and Codex.
• Architect cross‑platform AI solutions ensuring portability and interoperability.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge‑management, collaboration, and process platforms.
• Support AI adoption initiatives, providing change‑management guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using a data‑driven, systems‑thinking approach.
• Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and impact reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with a proven track record using generative AI tools to boost productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deploy AI‑powered workflow automations at scale.
• Strong expertise in business‑process optimization and enterprise knowledge‑management systems.
• Experience driving AI adoption and enabling cross‑functional teams.
• Background in enterprise change‑management and digital‑transformation initiatives.
