Senior Talent Management Specialist

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Senior Talent Management Specialist to lead employee relations and support the full employee lifecycle. In this role you will partner with the Global Talent and Finance teams to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices while contributing to the company’s mission-driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, investigations, performance improvement plans, and conduct issues.
• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, performance management, and handling employee concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding, performance reviews, off‑boarding, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and support audit and reporting activities.
• Assist with employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and regional talent projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling disciplinary cases, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
• Strong knowledge of Uganda labour law and the Employment Act.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global talent, finance, and leadership teams.
• Excellent judgment, confidentiality, and communication skills.
