Software Support Executive - Accounting Background

About the role

Lotus Soft Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Software Support Executive with an accounting background to deliver functional assistance and training for its Accounting, Inventory, POS, and ERP solutions. The role involves handling customer queries, guiding users through software operations, and ensuring smooth implementation of the products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via phone, WhatsApp, remote sessions, and on‑site visits.
• Assist users in navigating and operating Accounting, Inventory, POS, and ERP modules.
• Set up software, support implementation projects, and conduct customer training.
• Handle transaction processing, generate reports, and troubleshoot day‑to‑day software issues.
• Record, follow up, and resolve support tickets, escalating technical problems when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with clients until issues are fully resolved.
• Update knowledge of product features and new releases.
• Document support cases and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and good computer literacy.
• Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work both independently and within a team.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
