About the role
Cerba Lancet Uganda is looking for a Technical & Quality Assurance Manager in Kampala. The position holder oversees laboratory technical operations, QA systems, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement so that diagnostic services remain accurate, reliable and high quality.
Required profile
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Registered as a Medical Technologist with the Allied Health Professions Council of Uganda.
- 5+ years of working experience, including 3 to 4 years of managerial experience in a relevant pathology laboratory environment.
- Desirable: certification in Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP), basic health and safety and management training.
