Teller (Cashier) – Finance Operations

About the role

Join a global Christian organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children. As a Teller, you will manage daily cash transactions, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and support the financial operations that fund vital programs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and disburse funds from and to clients.
• Prepare daily reports on funds made available.
• Safely store cashier funds in the safe.
• Investigate any missing or surplus amounts.
• Record all deposit and withdrawal transactions in the computer system.
• Balance deposit and withdrawal transactions at the end of each day.

Required profile

• Graduate in economics or finance with good knowledge of micro‑finance.
• At least one year of professional experience as a cashier or in bank customer service.
• Proficiency in French and Lingala (additional local languages a plus).
• Committed Christian values, honesty, courtesy, and discipline.
• Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
