About the role

The UH Manager leads the day‑to‑day administration of unaccompanied housing operations, ensuring proper use of appropriated funds and compliance with inventory standards. The role requires on‑site presence during regular government hours and rapid response to after‑hours support needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day administration of unaccompanied housing (UH) operations and manage appropriated funds.
• Implement and maintain inventory management practices.
• Complete and keep current required training certifications such as PAY.GOV, EBILLING, Enterprise Military Housing (eMH), CNIC UH related training and Housing Learning Center (HLC).
• Oversee financial processes, payment systems and transactional compliance within PAY.GOV and EBILLING.
• Manage operational requirements and data reporting for Enterprise Military Housing (eMH).
• Be on‑site during regular government hours and respond within one hour to after‑hours support requests.
• Monitor facilities to ensure standards are met and resolve housing‑related issues.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to housing staff.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience administering unaccompanied housing operations, appropriated funds and inventory management.
• At least one year of college or university education.
• Valid passport with at least one year validity and ability to obtain required visas.
• Ability to pass and maintain contract medical requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• Fluent reading, speaking and comprehension of English for contract performance and emergency procedures.
