Visual/Photographic Services Supervisor

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Visual/Photographic Services Supervisor to lead visual media operations for a U.S. Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role oversees photography, videography, editing, archiving and multimedia support to meet operational, training and mission requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of visual media, photographic services and multimedia support.
• Supervise staff responsible for photography, videography, editing, archiving and media distribution.
• Schedule and coordinate photographic assignments for official events, training and mission documentation.
• Ensure all imagery complies with technical standards, security requirements and organizational guidelines.
• Maintain photographic equipment, lighting systems, digital storage and workstations.
• Oversee cataloguing, metadata tagging, organization and secure archiving of digital assets.
• Conduct quality‑control checks to guarantee accuracy, clarity and consistency of visual products.
• Prepare reports, logs and documentation related to visual media services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify visual communication needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in photography, visual media production or related fields.
• Experience supervising or coordinating photographers, videographers or multimedia teams.
• Strong organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Valid passport with at least one year of remaining validity and ability to travel internationally.
