Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Web Analytics Specialist to turn complex web data into clear, actionable insights. You will support strategic decision‑making by implementing tracking, analyzing user behavior, and delivering reports that improve website performance, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze traffic patterns, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to detect and resolve data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and craft data‑driven narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
