Agile People Operations Internship (Remote)

About the role

Culturelligence is seeking motivated students and recent graduates to join its global remote team as Agile People Operations Interns. This three‑month volunteer program offers hands‑on exposure to HR functions, talent acquisition, employer branding, and cross‑functional projects in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
• Research talent management and Agile People Operations best practices.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership review.
• Support the implementation and improvement of internal People Operations processes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media engagement.
• Collaborate with global teams on operational and business projects.

Required profile

• Students pursuing a BBA, MBA, Master’s in HR or related fields, or recent graduates.
• Strong interest in Agile People Operations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Access to a personal computer, reliable internet, and conversational English proficiency.
