About the role
TechBuzz Hub is seeking a full‑time Human Resource Trainee to join its team in Kampala. The trainee will support the HR function by assisting with day‑to‑day management tasks, policy implementation and employee services. This on‑site position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving startup environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with HR management tasks and policy implementation.
- Maintain employee records and administer benefits.
- Support recruitment activities, including screening and orientation.
- Handle employee relations and personnel management issues.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
Required profile
- Background in a management‑related course (e.g., Business Administration, HR).
- Pursuing or completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities; able to work independently and in a team.
- Interest in enterprise development, technology innovation, and startup environments.
