About the role
Lexwell Foods Ltd is seeking a dedicated Baker to join its bakery team in Kamwokya, Kampala. The role involves preparing a variety of baked products and ensuring high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bread, toast, burger buns and other bakery items.
- Follow recipes and production standards to maintain product quality.
- Mix dough, manage proofing, and operate baking equipment.
- Keep the bakery area clean, organized and adhere to hygiene practices.
- Work early morning shifts as required.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of bakery experience.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work effectively in a team.
- Good personal hygiene and food safety practices.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from UGX 1,000,000 to UGX 1,500,000 per month.
