Bakery and Production Manager

About the role

Sweets By Camilla is looking for an enthusiastic Bakery and Production Manager to lead daily operations in its modern bakery and support its café network. You will ensure high‑quality baked goods, streamline workflows, and act as the bridge between production and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production, guaranteeing product quality and consistency.
• Coordinate and optimise workflow across the bakery and café locations to meet delivery schedules.
• Lead, coach and develop bakery and café staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain strict quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
• Plan and allocate personnel resources for efficient output.
• Collaborate with senior management on campaigns, product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a bakery or food‑production environment, preferably within cafés or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, production processes and quality control.
• Ability to plan, motivate and manage a team with high engagement.
• Flexible, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
