Branch Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Branch Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of Keredo Services’ branches in Kasangati, Kyaliwajjala and Nakasero, ensuring high standards of performance, customer service and compliance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead staff across multiple locations, drive operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff across all branches.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, conduct and welfare.
• Review branch sales, reports and overall operational performance.
• Conduct regular branch visits to ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Review CCTV footage to monitor compliance, attendance and service quality.
• Coordinate branch purchases and operational requirements.
• Conduct market research and prepare growth recommendations.
• Represent the General Manager in meetings when required.
• Ensure all branches maintain excellent customer service and workplace standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Procurement or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, supervision or branch management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly between branches.
