Branch Supervisor – Sales & Collections

About the role

The Branch Supervisor will lead sales and collections activities across the assigned region, ensuring targets are met and operational standards are upheld. This role involves managing agents, driving revenue, and overseeing stock and credit management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans developed by business managers to achieve sales targets.
• Organise daily sales activities, schedules, and movements for the branch team.
• Support lead generation and follow‑up to convert prospects into customers.
• Recruit, train, and retain a network of reliable sales agents, team leaders, and influencers.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to expand agent reach.
• Track individual agent performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior executives.
• Provide training on debt‑collection processes and act as the external contact for credit collections.
• Liaise with CX and CO teams to deliver weekly collection updates and recommend repossession actions.
• Ensure all PAR16+ installer model clients are cleared of outstanding balances.
• Supervise stock points/storefronts, safeguarding company inventory from loss or damage.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, branch management or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate sales agents and teams.
• Experience in debt collection and credit management.
• Strong organisational skills for scheduling and stock oversight.
• Mid‑level qualification as indicated in the posting.
