Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Kampala. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads and expanding our client portfolio across architecture and interior design projects. You will work closely with our design and project teams to ensure client needs are met and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients and generate qualified leads in target markets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and manage proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to align client needs with service offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and track sales performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in architecture, interior design, or construction.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala and travel locally or regionally for client meetings.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or related field preferred.
