Business Development & Sales Manager

About the role

Snow Holdings Limited is looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Sales Manager to expand its customer base and drive revenue growth across its construction materials and building solutions portfolio. The role combines field‑based business development, technical product knowledge, project sales, and account management to turn opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Spend ~80% of time engaging customers on‑site, building relationships with developers, contractors, architects, property owners, diaspora investors, institutional buyers and government entities.
• Identify new construction projects, develop a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into contracts.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Present Snow Holdings’ product range—including concrete blocks, pavers and construction packages—to decision‑makers.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and ensure timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in business development or sales within the construction or real‑estate sector.
• Deep understanding of Uganda’s construction ecosystem and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Proven track record of generating new business and managing key accounts.
