Call Center Agent – Customer Service & Sales Support

About the role

Majibu Africa is seeking enthusiastic Call Center Agents to handle inbound customer inquiries, support the application process for financing products, and identify sales opportunities. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring customers receive accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, provide product and financing information, and guide customers through application steps.
• Resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter customer data and call details accurately into the CRM system and maintain detailed interaction records.
• Identify potential sales leads during calls and transfer them to the sales team for follow‑up.
• Collaborate with fellow agents and other departments, participating in training and sharing feedback to improve service quality.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, data security standards, and maintain a professional demeanor.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to multitask under pressure.
• Calm and professional attitude in high‑stress situations.
• Preferably familiar with finance or automotive sectors and Majibu Africa’s product range.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using standard call‑center tools.
