Call Centre Agent – Outbound Sales

About the role

Bolga Communications Ltd is looking for energetic and persuasive Call Centre Agents to join its outbound sales team in Kireka, Kampala. You will engage prospective and existing customers over the phone, promote loan products, and help generate qualified leads while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to meet daily call targets and promote loan and financial solutions.
• Generate quality sales leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Follow up on loan inquiries and applications to improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through courteous communication.
• Accurately capture customer information in the CRM and other business systems.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly productivity, quality and sales KPIs.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Participate in coaching sessions, product training and continuous learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Credit pass in Mathematics and English at UCE level.
• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer service, banking, micro‑finance or financial services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications.
