About the role

Key responsibilities
- Manage all operations and maintenance in the Engine Room on board vessels.
- Lead the engine room team daily and coordinate with the technical department.
- Plan operational maintenance and prepare repair periods.
- Conduct risk assessments for unexpected situations and advise Vessel/Fleet Management.
- Develop and assess the engineers within your team.
Required profile
- Mandatory STCW training.
- Advanced Gas Tanker certificate.
- Good command of English.
- Experience working with mixed‑nationality crews.
