Communications Officer

About the role

The Communications Officer will support internal and external communication initiatives across all media channels and digital platforms, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support and coordination for all communications with media houses, digital platforms, agencies and partners.
• Write, edit and distribute content such as press releases, newsletters, website copy, annual reports and speeches.
• Plan, execute and measure digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media and display advertising.
• Develop and coordinate internal communications to boost employee engagement and support change initiatives.
• Organise public‑relations events, ESG initiatives and sponsorships, managing suppliers, media visibility and brand presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in marketing with a strong focus on public relations, communications and media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong creative ability.
• Strong organisational, administrative and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
