Community Lead – Build and Grow Local Studio Community

About the role

JETSET Pilates is looking for a dynamic Community Lead to introduce the brand to new markets, build meaningful local relationships, and create experiences that inspire people to join the community. Working closely with the General Manager, you will drive partnerships, events, social media, and member engagement from launch through long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑opening: build relationships with local businesses, wellness partners, run clubs, apartments, and corporations.
• Plan and execute community activations, pop‑ups, and tabling events.
• Support JETSET On The Mat community classes and capture leads for founding members.
• Create engaging local social media content with the marketing team.
• Generate excitement and awareness leading up to opening day.
• Post‑opening: convert community interest into memberships by maintaining partnerships and driving referrals.
• Support local events, ongoing community engagement, and membership growth initiatives.
• Follow up with prospective members and assist with lead conversion.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences during in‑studio shifts and assist front‑desk operations.
