Country Manager – Integrated Commercial Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially‑driven Country Manager to lead the Integrated Commercial Solutions (ICS) market‑access business across Namibia, Angola and Mozambique. The role is responsible for delivering sustainable growth, expanding market presence and ensuring operational excellence in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute country and cluster strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting and forecasting, and own P&L performance.
• Drive revenue, market share and profitability while overseeing product portfolio performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and maintain relationships with authorities.
• Build and nurture relationships with government bodies, healthcare professionals, distributors and industry associations.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain teams to guarantee uninterrupted product availability.
• Manage financial resources, operating expenses and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare market access or commercial management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑country operations and P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Southern Africa.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Track record of driving business development and market expansion.
