Customer Care Executive (Multi‑language)

About the role

The Customer Care Executive will deliver exceptional service to clients in accordance with SLA commitments. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers, and help retain, acquire or recover accounts while using multiple local languages.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls courteously, providing accurate product and service information.
• Obtain, clarify and verify customer details to ensure high‑quality service.
• Demonstrate empathy and give personalised attention to each caller.
• Tag each interaction correctly in the CRM system and meet quality standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and report them to the Team Leader.
• Use company‑provided tools and resources to resolve queries.
• Maintain attendance schedules and meet daily performance targets.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to new team members.
• Escalate complex issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Luganda plus one of the following languages: Kumam, Sabiny, Samia, Alur, Lugbara, Lusoga, Japadhola, Kinyarwanda/Rufumbira, Runyankore/Rukiga.
• Entry‑level education; a degree or diploma is an advantage.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with a clear voice.
• Strong typing speed and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work calmly in a team environment.
