Join a global leader in real estate services and become the vital first point of contact for our high-scale facility management operations. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the management of over 7,000 buildings for BT, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence within our helpdesk environment.
Missions principales
- Act as the primary point of contact for the helpdesk, managing incoming calls and emails from clients with professionalism.
- Accurately record and log all requests into the central database to ensure data integrity.
- Proactively follow up on tasks and manage priorities to meet service level agreements.
- Provide essential administrative support to the wider operational team.
- Handle client complaints effectively and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor service indicators (KPIs) and contribute to achieving operational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and ensure strict adherence to health and safety procedures.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented professional capable of maintaining accurate records in a database.
- Ability to work within a large-scale facility management framework.
