Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to partner with internal and external stakeholders, translate business data needs into actionable insights, and deliver high‑quality reports and dashboards. The role will support banking performance monitoring, client experience analysis, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business data requests, source and validate data from multiple internal and external systems, and ensure data is delivered in the required format.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, transformation and normalization to prepare datasets for analysis and modelling.
• Apply statistical and data‑mining techniques, including A/B testing and scenario modelling, to generate insights and support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain routine and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and performance fact‑sheets using Power BI and SQL.
• Collaborate with data engineers, database teams and business partners to design data models, enforce data governance and ensure data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial and non‑financial performance metrics and banking products.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholder requests and deliver results on time.
