Delivery Motorcycle Rider

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Motorcycle Rider to join our Operations team. The role involves picking up and delivering items to customers and businesses, ensuring safety, timeliness and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Load, transport and deliver items using a motorcycle, following assigned routes and schedules.
• Review orders before and after delivery to confirm completeness, correct charges and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles and accept payments where required.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer queries and handle complaints.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documentation.
• Operate additional equipment such as cars, trucks or forklifts when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to follow assigned routes, schedules and safety procedures.
• Strong time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• Physical ability to walk, drive and lift heavy items for extended periods.
