Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and trend‑aware Digital Marketing & Content Creator to lead our digital presence, translate complex technical products into compelling visual stories, and drive brand engagement across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design brand collateral such as graphics, infographics, brochures, case studies, and presentation decks, primarily using Canva.
• Produce short‑form video content (scripts, shooting, editing) for LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, and capture event photography and other creative assets.
• Plan, curate, schedule, and manage our LinkedIn, X, and blog channels, fostering community engagement and launching organic and paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create clear, persuasive copy that explains fintech solutions like e‑KYC and system integration.
• Support sales enablement by designing pitch decks, one‑pagers, and digital demos, and cover tech expos and hackathons with live updates and recap assets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, preferably in tech or B2B.
• Advanced proficiency with Canva; hands‑on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphics, written posts, and multimedia projects created from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Highly organized, proactive, deadline‑driven, and naturally curious about technology and fintech trends.
