Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Executive to join our hybrid agency environment. The role involves building brand presence, creating engaging content, and managing multiple social media accounts for diverse clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with each brand’s objectives.
• Develop social media strategies and campaign ideas for various clients.
• Write compelling captions, copy, and digital communication materials.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and platform analytics.
• Coordinate production of graphics, photography, video, and reels.
• Run and optimise paid digital campaigns when required.
• Engage with online communities while maintaining brand voice consistency.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and insights.
• Collaborate closely with designers, creators, and account teams to execute campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and current digital trends.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience using content scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for performance tracking.
• Basic skills in graphic, photography, and video creation.
