About the role
Vashi Impact Group is seeking experienced Early Childhood Development (ECD) professionals to join its expert network for research, evaluation and consulting assignments across India and East Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ECD research, programming and evaluation.
- Assess child learning, school readiness and caregiver competency.
- Support inclusive ECD and disability inclusion initiatives.
- Design and execute mixed‑methods research, data analysis and reporting.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in ECD, Education, Social Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with child assessment tools such as CREDI, IDELA, ECDI 2030.
- Strong research, evaluation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the ECD landscape in India or East Africa.
Required skills
- Proficiency with child assessment tools (CREDI, IDELA, ECDI 2030).
- Experience using digital data collection platforms like KoboToolbox or ODK.
