Employee Experience Advisor – Occupational Health

About the role

The Employee Experience Advisor (Occupational Health) will lead HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for staff at Uganda Breweries. The role focuses on benefits administration, occupational health coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new‑joiner announcements, induction sessions and benefits enrolment, including medical, retirement, life and personal accident cover.
• Ensure biometric enrolment on day one and manage access to company systems and facilities.
• Maintain accurate physical and electronic employee records and keep HR system data up to date.
• Oversee timely off‑boarding of staff from benefits schemes.
• Implement the annual Occupational Health plan in partnership with the Occupational Health Physician and Safety Managers.
• Schedule and lead regular service review meetings with medical scheme providers and insurance brokers to drive service improvement.
• Supervise the onsite clinic together with the clinic administrator to maintain quality healthcare delivery.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health and Safety managers to ensure compliance and promote employee wellbeing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operational services, benefits administration and occupational health coordination.
• Strong understanding of compliance, vendor management and HR governance.
• Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Excellent record‑keeping and data‑management skills.
