Executive Assistant to the Director

About the role

The Director of Sim Packaging Solutions and Birus Property Services needs a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support. This role ensures the Director can focus on strategic priorities by handling schedules, communications, and coordination across both companies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly and quarterly calendars, prioritize meetings and travel, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Organise meetings, take accurate minutes, distribute action logs and maintain organized records.
• Follow up with internal teams on agreed actions, track progress and escalate blockers.
• Handle office errands, correspondence, document management and logistics, including travel and supplier coordination.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, briefing notes and maintain confidential document control.
• Act as liaison between the Director and all departments, drafting professional correspondence and coordinating multi‑team updates.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years of executive support experience.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent written communication and reporting abilities.
