Facility Digitization Coordinator

About the role

The Facility Digitization Coordinator will lead the digitization of health facilities under the DART project, ensuring that ICT infrastructure, EMR systems, and related services are deployed and operational at targeted Health Centre IV sites across Uganda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site readiness and ICT infrastructure deployment for health facilities.
• Coordinate EMR implementation, commissioning, and integration with national systems.
• Oversee asset management, connectivity, power supply, and maintenance arrangements.
• Ensure user training, support, and readiness for seamless technology adoption.
• Sequence technology, EMR, connectivity, and training as a single operational package.
• Travel nationally and regionally to supervise implementation at multiple sites.

Required profile

• Current work authorization in Uganda.
• Proven experience in facility‑level digitization, ICT deployment, and EMR implementation.
• Ability to coordinate with Ministry of Health and government units.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the country as needed.
